Ah, sounds like it could be gum disease or Gingivitis to give its medical name. However, wisdom teeth extraction is not an easy procedure and your gums may not have healed properly. Give it some time and see if the bleeding goes away on its own.
In the meantime, try gargling with salt water twice a day. This is as easy as it sounds: mix a tablespoon of salt into a glass of water, stir to dissolve and swish it around your mouth. Try and hold it in there as long as you comfortably can. It won’t taste nice but you will be happy to know that salt is isotonic, will keep wounds clear of infection and is likely to speed up healing and be less irritating than other alcohol based mouth washes.
If you happen to find out for sure that your problem is Gingivitis, you may want to start flossing each time you brush your teeth. Bacteria lodged underneath the gum line and between the teeth cause the eventual build up of plaque and as we know plaque destroys tooth enamel causing tooth decay and if it gets down to the roots, it can cause bone decay. If your teeth are impacted (too close together) making flossing difficult, you might want to invest in a Hydro Floss. We have one here at home and frankly, I wouldn’t be without it anymore.
Have you heard of Oil Pulling? This is an ancient Indian Ayurvedic technique of cleaning the teeth and keeping the gums healthy and all you need is a spoonful of any vegetable, nut or seed oil. It is SO simple and once you get into it, even enjoyable! This website gives a step by step procedure. Namaste <3
